Cancellations & Refunds:
IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING A CANCELLATION...
Cancellation charges reflect the many expenses Adirondack All Seasons Guide Service cannot recover if you cancel, even if you must do so due to illness, injury, or personal emergencies. These fees are not meant to be punitive in any way. The charges made reflect the time and expense Adirondack All Seasons Guide Service has incurred in administering your reservation and planning for your participation. Once we commit our service to you, we are unavailable for other trip requests. We recognize that the majority of those who cancel their reservations do so out of necessity. To qualify for any refunds, Adirondack All Seasons Guide Service must receive cancellation notification in writing, by email or mail.
Please note: In the unfortunate event that you must cancel your trip, your cancellation fee will be determined as follows:
- 50% of the trip price will be refunded if trip is canceled at least 30 days prior to the departure date.
- 25% of the trip price will be refunded if trip is canceled 14 - 29 days prior to the departure date.
- There is no refund for cancellations less than 14 days prior to the departure date. Please note that we do not make any refunds for any unused portion of your trip, not arriving, arriving late, early returns or aborted trips.
- Adirondack All Seasons Guide Service reserves the right to cancel or alter a trip due to unforeseen weather, unsafe conditions, low registrations or other circumstances; however we have never done this. If Adirondack All Seasons Guide Service must cancel a trip, you will be entitled to a full refund or the option to re-schedule at another time. Adirondack All Seasons Guide Service is not responsible for expenses incurred in preparation for any canceled trips, including the cost of lodging and public transportation.
